Casserly Property Management offers a pro-active service via a process of regular site meetings and regular site inspections.  This ensures any minor issues are noted and dealt with quickly before they become a major problem.  We also provide annual preventive maintenance programmes avoiding expensive call-out charges and unnecessary inconvenience to clients.  This proactive approach is more cost effective and less disruptive than the purely re-active service often offered by disinterested managing agents.
