St Antony’s Catholic College is an 11-16 co-educational school, situated in the Borough of Trafford. The School was formed in September 1990 after the amalgamation of three small secondary schools. The school under the trusteeship of the Salford Diocese, was designated a “Business and Enterprise” College in September 2003.

It is a statutory requirement under a variety of pieces of legislation that school buildings plant and systems are regularly inspected and serviced.

Casserly Property Management was requested to look after the school with the aim to ensure statutory compliance with legislation and peace of mind for Head Teachers, Business Manager and Governors with regards to the servicing and maintenance of their school.
