Casserly Property Management are thrilled to announce that St Thomas of Canterbury RCPS and Holy Infant’s & St Antony’s RCPS have both joined the Diocese of Salford’s Property Management Solutions (PMS) scheme for 2018-19. The respective Bolton Schools have joined the scheme which is managed by Casserly Property Management and already encompasses 47 Diocesan Schools. This continued development means that we are able to offer schools sizeable savings. This is highlighted by the fact that some schools that have recently joined the scheme have reduced their statutory compliance and mechanical and electrical servicing expenditure by 30-40%.
Holy Family RCPS in Rochdale is the latest school to join the Property Management Solutions (PMS) scheme for 2018-19. However, following glowing recommendations from a number of business managers at nearby schools Holy Family opted into the PMS scheme for 2018-19. The school now joins several other Rochdale Schools in benefitting from a single point of contact service, plus a comprehensive approach to ensure no areas of statutory compliance are missed.
