Schools in the cluster were part of a Local Authority scheme for the planned maintenance of school buildings. This scheme was becoming less reliable, and increasingly expensive. It was also an administrative burden with school’s continually chasing invoices and service reports.
Following recommendations from other schools, the cluster appointed Casserly Property Management to handle all statutory compliance & installation servicing in school buildings. The aim was to ensure statutory compliance with all legislation, therefore offering peace of mind for Business Managers, Head Teacher and Governors, while re-tendering service contracts to enables substantial cost reductions.
As a result, the schools are now receiving the service they deserve. Casserly Property Management focus not just on costs, but the overall package. We were also asked by the cluster to incorporate an Energy Management Package into the scheme to mirror the service obtained through the Local Authority. The software produces an audit trail of all the activities included within the scheme, when they are completed, when they are next due, the costs and the “all important” service report.
