Paul Casserly

Meet Our Founder
Paul graduated from the University of Leeds with a 1st Class Masters Degree in Civil Engineering & Construction Management. He subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CIMA) and was admitted to the Institute of Residential Property Management (now TPI) after proudly achieving the highest mark in the country.
After almost a decade of being a Director of a development Company, Paul had become increasing frustrated with dealing with large, non-responsive managing agents that often had a faceless call centre. Therefore in 2011 Paul decided to setup Casserly Property Management with a mission to provide clients and customers with quality, transparency and exceptional customer service.
The demand for a high level of customer service in the industry was evident in 2015 when Casserly Property Management was highly commended at the Annual ARMA Q Awards (now TPI). This prestigious award is given to Companies who go that extra mile and make a real difference to lives of their customers and clients and there is therefore no better evidence to demonstrate the outstanding service provided by Casserly Property Management.
Since then, Casserly Property Management portfolio has continued to grow at a rapid pace whilst ensuring their core philosophies remain unchanged.
