Once you've clicked the date and time ... and filled out your contact details ... you'll receive an email providing you with confirmation of the details of the appointment. If you don't see that email arrive within a few minutes - please check your junk folder, in case it's been quarantined for some reason.
Prior to your appointment, please make a note of the questions which you have. Thinking about your situation and jotting down your queries in advance of the call, will provide clarity and will help us utilise our time efficiently. There's nothing worse than finishing a call and only then remembering an important question you forgot to ask.
