At Casserly, we believe in a fresh approach to Property Management, with a focus on exceptional customer service. That’s why we’re proud to be accredited by The Property Institute (TPI) who recognise and promote the highest levels of professionalism and service.
TPI, which was formerly known as ARMA before its merger with the IRPM, is the leading trade association for managing agents in the UK residential leasehold sector. They have been providing advice, training and guidance to members and leaseholders since 1991. Their rigorous accreditation process ensures members comply with over 180 professional standards.
Casserly Property Management is a TPI member which means we comply with the highest level of professional standards. As a TPI member we are also audited every three years by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The Property Institute also promote and stimulate improvements in the technical and general knowledge of individuals engaged in residential property management.
All residential property management staff at Casserly are TPI members and adhere to its high standards of practice and professionalism.
As TPI Members, we were very excited to receive confirmation that we'd been shortlisted as finalists for the 2024 ACE Awards in the category of ‘Managing Agent of the Year (1,001 – 2,000 Units)'. We were even more delighted to be awarded Highly Commended at the Awards night on 21st June 2024 and a fabulous evening of celebration was had by all.
The ACE Awards recognise the leading lights among UK managing agents, their suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of millions of leaseholders and our Highly Commended award rightly recognises the whole team here at Casserly Property Management and the outstanding work they all do to support our leaseholders.
As 2024 drew to a close, we were delighted to be nominated, and then shortlisted as finalists in the Education Today School and Supplier Awards 2024 in the category 'External Estate Supplier of the Year'.
Better still, on the evening of 6th December 2024, at the awards dinner held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, we were thrilled when it was announced that we'd won the 'External Estate Supplier of the Year' award, 2024. David Loxam (our Head of School Property Management) and Amie Potts were there to collect the award on the night.
This really was the 'Cherry on top” of an amzing year and we're all immensely proud of what has been achieved by David, Amie and the whole School Property Management team. It's great to see their hard work and dedication being recognised by such a prestigioius and highly competitive national award.
