Introducing Our Customer Referral Programme
Today, I’m excited to be introducing our Customer Referral Programme, which we decided to refer to, quite simply, as the Casserly Referral Programme. Not overly imaginative, I know. But it does what it says on the tin!
We’re extremely fortunate in that we receive a great deal of very positive feedback from our clients and, from time to time, we also receive referrals to other business opportunities, which are always gratefully received and very much appreciated.
The Importance of Referrals
As with all businesses, referrals are very important to us and like most businesses, we’ve never proactively encouraged referrals, we’ve simply allowed them to happen naturally. This despite the fact that experts are always telling us that a formal customer referral programme, designed to encourage existing clients (and anyone else) to refer other opportunities to us, will result in more referrals. Because of this expert advice, we’ve been considering how we might encourage those in a position to refer opportunities to us, for some time now.
The challenge with a customer referral programme is that whilst some people are delighted to be rewarded for their efforts and are encouraged to refer, other people don’t see it quite so positively and may be discouraged. Worse still, a few people may even take offence – and the last thing we would ever want to do is cause any offence. This is why we’ve designed our customer referral programme very carefully, in the hope that it encourages everyone.
How Our Customer Referral Programme Works
Having spoken to a number of our clients about customer referral programmes – and having talked to lots of other business owners, too – we decided to design a programme with the flexibility to encourage anyone who has the opportunity to refer other opportunities to us.
How?
In our research, we discovered that everyone has a cause – or a charity - that’s important to them, personally. Our referral programme allows them to nominate their preferred cause, charity - or even another individual - and we’ll make a donation on their behalf.
Of course, they can also choose to have their referral reward paid directly to them. But the point is, they have a choice – and the process is very straightforward.
Simply refer to us anyone you feel would benefit from our property management services. For example, the Residents Management Company (or a Director) of any apartment block or communal estate or a housebuilder or freeholder, the Headteacher or School Business Manager of any school or Trust, or the owners/occupiers of any commercial property or business park.
As a thank-you, for every successful referral where we are formally appointed, you’ll get to choose your reward through our referral scheme. As I mentioned, you can choose from:
A Nest Egg for Your Nominated Charity
Make a difference to a charity that's close to your heart.
With our referral programme, you can give back to the community by donating £500 to a charity of your choice for every successful referral. It’s a win-win. Support a great cause while introducing our exceptional property management services to those who need it.
A Nest Egg for You
Enjoy your own cash reward.
For every new client that starts to use our property management services through your referral, you’ll earn a generous £500 nest egg as our way of saying thank you.
That, in a nutshell, is an introduction to our customer referral programme. The defining factor being that you can choose to have your referral reward paid directly to a cause, charity or an individual that’s important to you, through a donation made in your name, or have it paid directly to you.
If you are able to refer any opportunity to us, such as a Residents Management Company (or a Director) of any apartment block or communal estate, or a housebuilder or freeholder, the Headteacher or School Business Manager of any school or Trust, or the owners/occupiers of any commercial property or business park, you can access the Casserly Referral Programme (and submit your referral) here.
Best wishes,
Paul

Neighbour disputes are a common issue affecting the Directors and members of a Residents Management Company (RMC).
