Casserly Property Management Confirmed as Shortlisted Finalists in the 2024 ACE Awards
As TPI Members, we were absolutely thrilled when we recently received confirmation that we've been shortlisted as finalists for the 2024 ACE Awards in the category of ‘Managing Agent of the Year (1,001 – 2,000 Units)'. Apparently, there have been a record number of nominations this year, which makes our shortlisting even more special and, as I’m sure you can imagine, this has created a bit of a buzz in the office (you can see the full list of nominations here).
Here at Casserly Property Management, nothing is more important to us than looking after our leaseholders and making sure that we provide the very best service possible for each and every one of them. It’s probably the single most important criteria on which we’re ultimately judged. And rightly so.
The ACE Awards are held every year and run by our professional body, The Property Institute (TPI). The Awards are designed to specifically recognise the leading lights among UK managing agents, their suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of millions of leaseholders. Competition is always fierce, as TPI have a great many members spread across the UK. Our nomination - and the subsequent confirmation that we've been shortlisted - quite rightly recognises the whole team at Casserly Property Management, the outstanding work they all do and the impact that has in supporting our leaseholders.
We're very much looking forward to the Awards Dinner, which takes place on Friday 21st June 2024 at Old Billingsgate in London. Of course, an awards night like this is also a great excuse for an evening of glitz and glamour and this year, the ACE Awards will be heading back to the Roaring '20s. Those of us who are able to attend the awards are already planning our respective frocks & tuxedos.
Whilst everyone in the team is proud of the fact that we’ve been shortlisted as finalists, it’s perfectly understandable that we all have our fingers crossed regarding the announcement of the winner on the 21st June.
